Responsibilities: System owner for HVAC Wet Systems for 2 manufacturing & office building (PG7 & PG8) ;Clean Room ISO Class 8 ( 100K) & HVAC Dry Systems ( Air Conditioning, Exhaust, OFA): Wet system included - Process Cooling Water, Chilled Water, Condenser Water and its’ including water treatment & Process Vacuum. - To sustain the performance of the systems; - To do 3rd level trouble shooting on systems abnormality. - To improve the reliability of the systems to ensure zero interruption to production; - To involve in progressive build for capacity study (long range planning), scenario study and systems design modification. - To do system operation & functioning test during system start up. - To establish & review on Response Check List (RFC) for shift technician on system abnormalities. - To lead & review Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) for systems. - To develop & review on systems operating document procedure (ODP). - To initiate & lead to do energy conservation project at systems.
