PJ Sentral Office Tower; Developer: PKNS Responsibilities To provide a wide range of services to clients, as follows: • To undertake and provide technical, financial (via project cost estimation) and feasibility studies; • To undertake detailed designs development,; • To supervise tendering procedures and putting together proposals (via tender evaluation reports/tender clarifications); • To manage, supervise and visit contractors on site and advising on technical issues; • To communicate and liaising effectively with architects, subcontractors, contracting mechanical engineers, consultants, clients and authorities; • To manage changes, as the client adopt different design, and ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project; • To review and approve project/shop drawings; • To undertake complex and repetitive calculations for mechanical services; • To follow up closely on latest Authority (e.g. BOMBA, SYABAS) requirements and adopting all relevant requirements. • To ensure that a project runs smoothly and that the mechanical installation is completed on time and within budget.

Design/build of rendering plant, meat and bone meal plant, fish meal plant (see company’s website) • Equipment sizing (Motor, pump/fan, valve, cooling tower and heat exchanger). • Design of industrial ventilation system and steam piping and HP and LP condensate return system. • Calculation of mass balance and heat balance for a processing line.

• Supervise/coordinate industrial projects. E.g. saw mill plant, formalin and resin plant, cooling tower, workers’ quarter. • Ensure that a structure/system is constructed according to design plans and specifications and complies with contractual requirements. • Resources management. E.g. heavy machineries and manpower arrangement.
