Primary Responsibilities​ Act as primary client interface for strategic data center projects, representing the company in high-level discussions and negotiations.​ Lead departmental planning by managing human, financial, material, and technology resources efficiently.​ Develop and propose annual budgets and project-specific resource plans; manage allocations once approved by Level 1.​ Monitor departmental performance through KPIs, analyze results, and present actionable reports to CEO & COO Make independent decisions on recruitment and succession planning for MEP Team.​ Recommend strategic partners and alliances to strengthen project delivery. Oversee resource deployment to maximize utilization and ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes.​ ​Team Leadership & Development​ Set clear departmental goals and expectations, aligning them with business objectives.​ Conduct structured performance reviews and deliver actionable feedback.​ Mentor, coach, and develop future leaders within the team.​ Address conflicts constructively and promptly, fostering collaboration and respect.​ Ensure balanced workload distribution and resolve bottlenecks early.​ Enforce company design standards, QA/QC processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.​ Build succession pipelines to secure continuity and resilience of the department.​ Operational & Business Contribution​ Contribute to business development strategy by identifying new opportunities, target clients, and partnership models.​ Support proposal development, including technical, commercial, and resource inputs for bids.​ Manage department profitability, utilization rates, and cost control, taking corrective action when required.​ Strengthen long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and position the firm as a trusted advisor.​ Champion continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and adopting best practices across projects.

My key role is to provide Schneider Electric best values for several internet giant clients across globe. 1)Leading country and regional (APAC,EMEA, SAM) team across globe to support clients with complex engineering solutions. 2)Be the global technical referent and point of contact of the customer global team & internal regional/country team 3)Provide complex and very complex technical design, knowledge, and knowhow for customers – including technical proposals to be included in commercial proposals 4)Review and approve all documentation in terms of capacity calculations, design calculations, drawings, layouts, specifications, block schematics, solution presentation, solution value proposition, compliance table, etc. 4) Gather and understand customer main technical drivers & criteria and leverage the portfolio of solutions and technologies available within SE to meet expectations 5)Define the optimized technical solution architecture for the customer, together with business support team and the central technical team of the customer 6)Lead the detailed design activities of this optimized solution, with target to standardize it for all the regions 7)Lead the continuous engineering and improvement of this optimized solution

Responsibility 1)Provide technical leadership in Electrical Engineering to the project team 2)Provide concept & schematic level design on projects and agree these with team leader and project director 3)Lead engineer/Job Captain on multi-disciplinary projects.Direct,manage and monitor the production output from the team of engineers 4)Engage with and attend meetings/workshop with the Client,Architect and the Design teams. 5)Monitor and control the scope of work(SOW) in relation to fee 6)Review and check the technical deliverable including reports,specifications and drawings 7)Assist with technical reviews on projects as directed by the team leader and/or project director 8)Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences including reports,technical specification, and other documents relating to the projects 9)Identify, investigate and resolve ant technical problems arising during the design and/or construction stages 10)Prepare quantities and cost estimate 11)Assist Team Leader & Division Managing Director in preparing fee proposals, attend Tender Briefings,bid support and presentation
