* The Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) is Canada’s regulator of Certified Canadian Immigration Consultants. Responsibilities included; * Bylaws development * Strategic planning * Stakeholder relations including, government and media * Developed rules of professional conduct * Directed request for proposal (RFP) preparation * Managed negotiation and implementation of CSIC’s unified business information system and related IT implementations. * Treasurer of CSIC from 2004 to 2005. * Interim CFO of CSIC for several months, responsible for risk management, strategic financial planning and annual budget preparation. * Chaired and served on standing committees including; Audit, Human Resources, Compensation, Government Relations, Bylaws and Ethics and Discipline.

* Imus Investments & Management Inc provides strategic consulting and planning services in the areas of Asset Management, Alternate Energy & Joint Ventures, Financial Management and Canadian Immigration. Clients located throughout North America, Middle East and South-East Asia. Responsibilities include * Corporate strategic planning and risk management, * Introduction of potential joint-venture partners based on corporate synergies. * Planning and successful execution of the relocation and immigration to Canada of high net-worth, high skilled individuals.
