Hi, I am Ipshita & I am currently pursuing my postgraduate studies in Counselling Psychology, where my learning is shaped by both academic training and reflective engagement with real-world mental health concerns. My journey so far has reinforced the importance of ethical practice, cultural context, and emotional sensitivity.My areas of interest include emotional regulation, attachment and relationships, females and adolescent mental health. Through research exposure and applied coursework, I am gradually developing an approach that values depth & evidence-based understanding.As an aspiring counseling psychologist, I hope to contribute to spaces that prioritise thoughtful inquiry, human connection, and long-term growth whether through research, counseling practice, or academia.
