As the Legal Director at MAPFRE Sigorta, I lead the legal strategy and governance of one of the largest insurance companies in Turkey. With over 8 years of experience in the insurance sector, I have extensive knowledge and skills in international and corporate law, legal advice, and board management. I am responsible for overseeing all legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and providing guidance and support to the executive committee and the board of directors. Prior to joining MAPFRE Sigorta, I was the Head of Legal and Secretary of Board of Directors at Zurich Sigorta, where I managed the legal department and handled complex transactions and disputes. I also have a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from City, University of London. I am passionate about delivering excellence and innovation in the legal field, and I value collaboration, integrity, and diversity. I am eager to contribute to the growth and success of MAPFRE Sigorta and its stakeholders.
