1. Responsible for the economic and prompt supply of stores and spares to all the company vessels. 2. Co-ordinate delivery to the vessel using the freight forwarders to consolidate freight. Have access to the nominated freight forwarders website which will show all orders currently in the warehouse and ready for dispatch; 3. Liaison with suppliers to ensure that all prices obtained are as competitive as possible; 4. Maintain the company level vendor list; 4. Responsible for ensuring that every order for chemicals or other hazardous material for delivery to, and use on, the Company’s ships, includes an order to supply the relevant MSDS in English, also to ensure all relevant manufacturers or Class certification is included in the order where possible; 5. Look for Bulk order discounts and if necessary, consider fleet agreements and assist the Technical Manager in Contract negotiations when necessary; 6. Required to visit vessels during port calls & dry docks for familiarisation, inventory checks and assisting the TSI when required; 7. Shall act in accordance with Company's Security and Cyber Security Policies and supporting procedures, including cyber risk; 8. Depending on their competence, involvement in other projects, as and when required.

- Supporting and managing 24 hours service availability / emergency duty. Coordinating and planning all service/repair jobs together with the customer (applying the BU policies). Coordinating the service job with the necessary resource, parts etc. - Handling of BU internal service job assignments. Ensuring the right technical specifications as per customer requirements - Ensuring that services are carried according to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirements (working instructions) - Managing the service order process from quotation to invoicing - Managing the service execution process by using DSA for job planning and data recording incl. finalization. Ensuring data quality during service execution - Being responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction. Making sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues) - Working closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues (incl. warranty cases) - Coordinating/communicating with End User Sales regarding customer status. Giving feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g. business development, sales, etc.)

Purchase marine spare parts(M/E, A/E, Air compressor, Turbo charger,etc) from overseas supplier and manufactures. 2.Coordinate with daily logistics arrangement (Consolidate, Custom clearance, etc,.) 3.Optimize the internal processing of the order transportation 4.Daily communication and relationship establishing with ship's owner 5.Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
