I am an Industrial R&D Engineer specialized in advanced materials, thermal spray technologies and laser materials processing, with 20+ years of hands-on work in demanding industrial environments. Togeter with research institutes, universities and manufacturers we managed to turn R&D ideeas into reliable, production-ready solutions for aerospace, energy, oil & gas, defense, automotives, motorsport and other industries. My core expertise is in thermal spray coating technologies (supersonic jet HVOF, plasma jet APS, PTA, Electric Arc, Flame Spray), laser materials processing (additive manufacturing, laser cladding, laser metal 3D printing, laser welding) and advanced surface engineering (hard chrome plating alternatives, thermal barrier coatings, wear and corrosion protection, geometry restoration). My work includes powder metallurgy, feedstock selection, and process–microstructure–property optimization for metallic, ceramic and composite coating systems. In parallel, I have strong experience in industrial electronics and automation, hydraulics, mechanics, thermodynamics, as well as the installation and maintenance of production lines in different industries such as plastic injection molding, tyre manufacturing or meat processing. This dual profile (advanced materials + production lines automation) enables me to design, implement, and support complex end‑to‑end processes, from concept and R&D to production and lifecycle maintenance.
