In charge of a photography column aimed at helping young people learn about photography through critique, Q&A's and general commentary. Secured sponsorship from Lowepro, Calumet, Aspire Photography training, Enlight, Joby and PhotoBox for the column, all donating prizes for the best photographer each month. The column is both online and in print.

Delivered core subject teaching to young people with complex special educational needs. Taught core subjects to young people with additional educational needs in a special school. Adapted learning strategies for students with autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs. Worked closely with TAs, social care professionals, and families to set goals and review progress.

As a Learning Mentor at University of Chester Academy Northwich, I worked with young people facing complex barriers to learning—providing personalised support and creating new pathways to engagement, confidence, and success. One of my proudest achievements was designing and leading the Trailblazer Programme, a transition initiative for students moving from primary to secondary school. Recognised locally as a gold standard, it helped reduce absenteeism, improve performance, and ease parental anxiety. I also created a school baseball club for pupils with emotional, social, or physical challenges—building teamwork and self-belief through sport. We secured sponsorship from Majestic Athletic, the official MLB kit supplier at the time, and took young people on fully funded trips to compete in France and Northern Ireland. My approach blended mentoring, experiential learning, and life skills development.
