Responsible for installation/ implementation of Class Approved Planned Maintenance System (PMS) on board of all Fleet Vessels and for training / familiarization of both in-house staff and onboard Senior Officers. Occasionally sail on fleet’s vessels where PMS Officer’s assistance is required for emergency breakdown situations. Monitoring vessel’s spare inventory (those related to critical equipment, including environmentally critical, are given special attention) and highlight any shortages on daily basis. Track of all fleet-wide outstanding maintenance and defect items. Alert the staff responsible for fleet maintenance on board and ashore when it becomes due. Track of all outstanding repair items, including dry-dock work lists. Provide assistance / support on Technical IT aspects of Planned Maintenance database. Database Building, modification of Equipment and spare parts into in-house system where necessary. Familiarization with Interim Solution: RMS Administrator Task of PMS and SPS Software, in-house and vessel module.

In constant communication with major International Spare Part dealers. Able to monitor the market on an daily basis, excellent knowledge of both worldwide and domestic market. Responsible for the purchasing of the spare parts of the company’s owned vessel’s and the forwarding procedure of the fleet. Assisting Chief engineers in InternaAudits. In charge of the company’s two warehouses, stocking and inventorying.
