- Issuing and administrating Purchase Orders, based on commercial conditions and MRP parameters, in time for production; - Tracking any changes in production concerning the materials; - Negotiating specific terms: prices, delivery dates; - Revising the system with the new prices and terms; - Organizing shipments – within/from Europe or Asia; - Solving invoices problems, receiving goods problems and transport issues; - Reviewing and executing MRP requirements, rescheduling purchase orders to ensure delivery requirements are being met; - Evaluate the best solutions in case of stock discrepancies/shortages by analysing offers and supplying from broker market; - Interfacing with technical and management personnel regarding possible changes in material, quantity, quality or delivery schedules; - Ensure achievement of major KPIs, quarterly negotiation, payment terms, rebates; - Ensure all supplier documentation is received and provided to appropriate function; - Maintaining a permanent flow between logistics, financial and warehouse departments; - Responding to queries by email or telephone; - Investigate discrepancies related to PO receipts and invoices; - Analyzing the difference between the available quantities and the necessary ones.
