* Project controlling: Provide centralized reporting on the harmonisation acceptance rates and liaise with countries to monitor progress * Technical lead for implementation of new global process template based on ERP software Oracle * Gather requirements from countries' HR and Compensation & Benefits teams * Estimating own works packages * Responsible for the technical implementation of the employment documents templates for the acquired employees * Perform coding of text document (customization of ERP system Oracle) * Support international roll-outs: Provide assistance to local HR through demonstrations and presentations, via telephone and web conferences

* Process transactional changes into the HR Database * Load commission and bonus payments to the HR database * Work closely with the Business / Country HR to ensure the integrity of the data * Participate in User Acceptance Tests for new enhancements or applications * Support HR managers, Line managers and employees with regards to HR data and systems * Check the candidates’ resume, compare it with their diploma and review the feedback received from the last employers, in order to see if they are eligible or not for a specific job * Provide guidance to the hiring managers on how to submit offers in iRecruitment / Taleo

* Perform credit risk assessments on the bank's corporate clients * Collect the necessary documents and disclosures for the financial analysis preparation * Process the financial files of the bank’s clients (legal persons) (i.e. financial statements and trial balances) * Analyze and interpret the financial indicators of the company, as well as the financial standing of the company with regards to the evolution of its business environment and market trends * Prepare together with the related branch manager the presentation of the company’s activity and performance

* Month end process (revenue recognition & cost accounting, voucher posting, checking of data quality) * Account reconciliation (Accruals and Deferrals checking) * Maintaining and tracking project financial * Sales order booking * Invoicing * Financial reports analysis * Forecasting, reporting — data preparation * Participation in teleconferences regarding project status meetings * Check and validate labour entries that have been posted to the project * Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP policies
