Oversee the end-to-end production process for assigned customers, from order intake to final delivery and invoicing; - run feasibility analyses to ensure on time delivery of open orders ; - follow the procurement of the sub components and escalate delays to Buyers to secure improved delivery dates ; - align with technical teams to validate documentation and PO revisions; - coordinate with planning team to release the job orders once ready for production; - monitor production flow until the finished goods are completed, stocked in the warehouse and prepared for shipment; - provide complete delivery details to the Logistic team to ensure on time-dispatch (item, qty,order number, delivery address and decide about the urgency of the arrival on customer site) ; - liaise with Accounting to ensure timely invoice payment and resolve disputes ; - support key accounts in resolving commercial or operational issues; - work closely with quality team for the FAIs scheduled by the customer ; Responsible of all the NPI products of my team as well;

Check 100% each cable manufactured according to the work instruction provided by tehnical team; Follow each customer request in order to improve the process and avoid any further claims;

Manufacturing of cables

Incoming/receive/count the products according to the invoice and the order ; Enter the products into the system , create the reception note ; Invoice for the customer; Primary account, running the reports needed;

Customer responsable; Sell the products, make invoices for the customer ; Transport documents for the drivers ; Follow the manager schedule .
