I am currently part of Grupo ACA, a solid company and one of the leading players in the Construction sector, both nationally and internationally. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I am responsible for recruiting professionals for various ongoing projects in the Civil Construction area, as well as supporting the administrative management of admissions, employee training, and Employer Branding initiatives. With a background in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Organizational Consulting, I apply an analytical and humanized approach, focused on attracting top talent and aligning their skills with the organization's strategic objectives. At Nestlé Nespresso SA, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, my main focus was on recruiting operational profiles, while also providing support to recruitment in other business areas and collaborating on the brand's Employer Branding projects. My professional journey began at Leroy Merlin Portugal, where, through a professional internship, I took on the role of corporate recruiter. This first significant experience in Human Resources allowed me to develop strong skills in sourcing and talent selection, emphasizing the importance of aligning candidates' abilities with the company’s culture and objectives.
