Tesler & Sandmann is a boutique law firm specializing in collaborative divorce and collaborative/integrative legal conflict resolution, as well as a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes and transactions.

Through the Collaborative Legal Practice Institute, I offered workshops, trainings, mentoring, consultation, and speeches relating to collaborative legal practice and to the neuroscience of conflict resolution, in North America and abroad. I now offer this same comprehensive range of collaborative educational programs and much more through the Integrative Law Institute. Drawing on a consortium of colleagues, I can design a training team that meets your practice group's or organization's needs.

In January 2012 I became director of the new Integrative Law Institute at Commonweal, a nonprofit NGO based in Northern California with an international mission and reach.. Through ILI, I am expanding my work as a trainer and speaker, to provide intensive retreats, trainings, and workshops as well as continuing education programs that integrate cutting edge discoveries from positive psychology, neuroscience, behavioral economics, body-mind awareness practices and more, with practical and proven techniques for deep and durable conflict resolution work with clients.
