During my co-op term, I designed and assembled tools to optimize time efficiency and increase quality repeatability of our manufacturing process.

- designed, manufactured, tested, and delivered custom tooling for use in hot-cells - tested various equipment to ensure functionality and quality assurance - participated in reactor inspection through remote operation tooling

- Worked closely with other members of the leadership team to run overnight summer camp smoothy and create a fun & safe environment for all staff and campers. - Responsible for the success and operations of all the land activities offered at Girl's Camp - Trained staff to teach activities and supported them throughout the week - Taught mountain biking, archery, axe throwing, sailing, windsurfing, wilderness skills, and more. - Maintained and repaired land activity equipment and areas. - Scheduled campers into activity periods according to their top choices every week Additionally, I took the initiative to go beyond these responsibilities to improve the functioning state of Camp. - created a standardized Excel file to schedule campers' and staffs' activities that any future activity director can use. - cleaned, painted, and reorganized the interior of the Bike shop. - renovated an unused building to become an office space for leadership-team members. - wrote and initiated new curriculum for mountain biking and "Adventure Race". - created the first scaled map of camp's bike trails.

- Worked with the other group leads to plan and schedule a day of age-appropriate activities to meet the unique goals of each group - Welcomed participants to the compound and lead them through their day of activities. - Set up and operated the high ropes tower - Providing encouragement for participants to challenge themselves, - Ensured participant's safety throughout the day.
