* Writing best practice case studies for the Building Design Guide * Monitoring external and internal changes to building legislation and conservation best practice to prepare new, or update existing, internal guidance * Setting up Working Groups to produce, or update, Guidance Notes for the Manual of Building * Training Coordination - setting up training days for internal and external colleagues * Promoting the Building department and raising awareness of the work of Trust in building conservation externally * Communications - writing the departmental Newsletter (‘Waffle & Daub’) and working with colleagues from other functions across the Trust as well as with external partners * Committee member of the Traditional Paint Forum * CPD - attended various Heritage/Conservation workshops and conferences
