Responsibility means to me more than acting on an operational level. It's important for me to shape the future and to kick-start developments that ensure tomorrow's success. Systematically gaining additional market shares, having a lock on expenses, increasing our lead over competitors or overtaking market leaders. A positive conception of the human being, open spaces for oen ideas, significant data and CSR. Only those who act in a sustained manner will be successful permanently. My passion belongs to international environment. I speak two foreign languages fluently and have many years' experience on the three continents. International trade benefits from digitalization, globalization and consumption change. Retail changes everyday and reveals opportunities for growth and success. Therefore it's important for me to see the bigger picture, think holistically, activate talents of the entire team and make good decisions. My motto: "Performing" isn't my incentive.
