• Responsible for the activities of EMO (Process), EME (Maintenance) and EMP (Products) process in the plant. • Implementation of OEE, efficiency, availability and production sheets on line by operator. • Participation with Human Resources manager in the annual contract review with CTM union. • Implementation of software (New Development) to control Throughput, Utilization and Acceptance in México plants and all LA facilities. • Responsible for the plant expenses budget, KPI¨S on the plant, development of new production lines, planned expansion of actual facilities, start-up curves of new equipment, programs of energy savings, plant analysis for long range plans. • Responsible for the development of new ideas to improve the cost, control the expenses on the different areas and develop savings plans, report the financial statements to corporate on LA. • Responsible for, and in charge of the Kellogg Cost Control (P&L) for the Querétaro Plant.
