Met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in leiderschap, communicatie en organisatieontwikkeling werk ik vandaag vooral met CEO’s, zaakvoerders en leiders die begrijpen dat duurzame resultaten nooit alleen over strategie gaan, maar ook over mensen. Mijn focus ligt op leiderschapsontwikkeling, teamimpact en people management: hoe je richting geeft, moeilijke gesprekken voert, gedrag benoemt, ownership verhoogt en teams in beweging krijgt. Ik combineer praktijkervaring met diepgaand inzicht in menselijk gedrag en leiderschap. Geen theorie om mooi te klinken, wel scherpte die voelbaar wordt in gesprekken, keuzes en resultaten. Met Compaz creëren we helder inzicht in persoonlijkheid, samenwerking en communicatie. Met Boriz vertalen we dat naar concreet, toepasbaar leiderschap in de realiteit van elke dag. Ik werk graag met leiders die geen genoegen nemen met oppervlakkigheid, maar gaan voor helderheid, diepgang en impact.
