Operations team member of the Italian subsidiary of Accell Group, European leader in the e-bike market. Since 2008, Atala S.p.A offers a complete range of both electric and traditional bikes. Main job responsibilities and activities: - management of Asian/European suppliers to guarantee appropriate supply of cycle components for the assembly lines, in accordance with purchases budget agreed with the COO and CEO; - implementation of import procedures in touch with shipping agents and customs; - cooperation with the warehouse department to schedule delivery plans of purchased orders; - support to sales directors to focus on customized products required by very important dealers located in Italy and Northern Europe (Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands and Finland).

Teamwork in a Business Process Management project for the Consumer Business Unit at Fastweb S.p.A. (telco); six-month goal reached. Main activities: - AS-IS processes mapping and study of TO-BE scenarios in close cooperation with the Customer Operations, Marketing and Sales; - identification of consumer Touch Points, KPI and Quick Win solutions for the most critical processes; - periodic business presentations to report on work in progress.
