Little bit about me :—1st hire at an early stage EdTech startup (Orbit AI) based in SF for product and growth. Scaled 0 -> 1 execution of AI native products. Stuff I did that I remember - 1. Product Development from Product vision to Preseed from 1752 VC and LVLUP Ventures. 2. Product Strategy and Product Market Fit Navigation.3. Devising the launch strategy and GTM plan.4. Built RAG based AI Agents for SEO, CRM systems and Recruitment. 5. Scaled SEO from 0 to 3M impressions at 16,000 monthly visits and 50,000+ MAU while maintains 0.7% CTR in the first SERP page for 7 months using those same AI Agents. 6. Ran email campaigns, Designed Landing Pages for lead magnets, Wrote 150+ blogs. 7. Ran analytics, defined KPIs for founder’s office with the CXO team, Iterated and improved 9-9-7. 8. Fixed broken stuff, built stuff that wasn’t built yet and optimised what was already working. Apart from geeking about startups, products, strategies and growth, I’m a big time Linkin Park and Ben 10 fan. I love AAA gaming particularly Halo and GOW series. • Led end-to-end product strategy as the first hire, authoring PRDs and defining GTM approach, product vision, and roadmap; drove rapid prototyping and MVP development through 0→1 launch phase while reporting directly to CXO team and establishing KPIs for product-market fit tracking, Scaled 0 to Preseed from 1752 VC and LVLUP Ventures. • Scaled user acquisition from zero to 50,000+ MAU at 40% retention rate by identifying and executing SEO as primary growth channel; authored 150+ optimized blog posts that grew organic traffic to 16,000+ monthly visitors, achieved 3M impressions, and secured 8th average SERP position. • Architected internal agent workflows using n8n and API integrations to automate operational processes, eliminating 300+ monthly manual hours and reducing SaaS expenditure by $4,000 while maintaining lean team operations. • Implemented data infrastructure by deploying Google Analytics and Mixpanel tracking systems; created executive dashboards to monitor KPIs, feature adoption rates, and conversion funnel health for data-driven product decision-making. • Conducted 50+ user interviews and product demos to gather qualitative insights and validate feature roadmap; delivered stakeholder presentations to CXO team and executed partnership demos with WashU to showcase student dashboard capabilities. • Built and managed cross-functional team of 3 interns while executing growth experiments including A/B tests and designing high-converting B2B/B2C landing pages; collaborated across Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Marketing teams to accelerate product iterations.
