I’m currently working at Predigle as part of the Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on the IT and tech side of recruitment. My role involves sourcing and screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling interviews — giving me the opportunity to interact closely with tech professionals and continuously expand my knowledge of the IT industry. As I grow in my career, I’m also learning the broader aspects of recruitment, including job postings, outbound networking, and employer branding. I’m passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities and am always eager to explore new ways to make the recruitment process more effective and impactful.
