In Go Green Pioneer Indonesia - Inniated local movement to the solution of waste and pollution as the compassion of the environmental situation of Indonesia (particulary Kolaka region) - Selected 3 local professional citizen to be the main organizers of the movement from hundred candidates - Invite young generations to be the pioneer (20 people from 20 provinces) for waste and polution issue remotely by joining GGPI (Go Green Pioneer Indonesia) - Conducted GreSa Camp and inviting other local waste community, partnering with local medias also, as the introduction of GGPI community in public while did cleening action at the destination which had been impacted by waste issue during the camp

- Made 15 question of SNBT Literasi Bahasa Inggris test from international website as references (BBC, New York Times, National Geographic, etc) according to format requested from PIC. - Delivered the questions into material presentation while implement repetitive and participative teaching method. - Added some additional material about strategic for answering the types of question. - Permitted students to answer the following questions later on and gave feedback and appreciation to their trials. - Succesfully increased new registers to join the English preparation class within next meeting 2 times more than the first meeting.

Ana Salazar is a public speaker for conference in seminar, she needed someone to retyping the documents for quick time, so that she can present her speaking smoothly in front on of audiences. I given the project documents in English for 25 pages to retyping in only 3 hours deadline. I can finished it less than the times agreement previously (3 hours) and Ana Lazar was really satisfied with my work and willing to contacted me again in the future project of hers.

- Created English material specific for interview test selection for midwife and nurse according to the reference material given from PIC - Gave additional material to improve confidence such as conjunction, and preposition in the beginning and in the ending of interview - Conducted student interview simulation with empowering breakout room Zoom App - Guided students to pass minimum score 300+ at british counsil app for the interview requirement - Successfully assisted 95 percent from total students who followed the interview finnaly passed the interview selection to Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital (Saudi Arabia)

- Given occasion to teach 1 student privately and remotely from elementary school 2rd grade at Soroako - Discussed with parent abot English material needed for mastering by the student - Arranged class meeting schedule 2 times a week via Google Meeting App - Delivered material with various types of teaching method and strategy (Including TPR, Games, etc) - Assessed student with formative and sumative assessment for identifying her performance in English language - Succeed to make student like English material and be able to speak basic vocabulary within 5 months and falling in love in learning English Language - Lastly, video made by the student showing that she loved and appreciated me for teaching her and cried since I will ended the class session
