RESPONSIBILITES: - Ensuring licensed DTR products cleared concept, pre-production and production approval in good time for release schedule - Designing licensed artwork for product categories outside of core range - Creating all branding and packaging artwork across all licensed and in-house brands - Artworking of designs to fit a range of products - Assisting in stock management of all licensed stock across the company's 9 stores - Creating marketing imagery for social media and newsletters promoting new DTR releases KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: - Implemented more organised filing systems for approval documents and print files - Created organised submissions and approval trackers to thorough record of product development kept - Set up more efficient and organised workflow schedule so that products went through development in a timely manner, resulting in all products meeting their target release date and leaving room for resubmissions, resampling etc - worked well with printers and suppliers, which resulted in much smoother sampling and production - took the initiative to find suppliers who I could work closely with to create new product categories and new printing techniques not used previously by the department
