Responsible for end-to-end procurement of construction works, industrial equipment, and service contracts to support operations and project development. Key responsibilities include: • Strategic sourcing and vendor management for local and international suppliers • Contract negotiation and cost saving initiatives • Coordinating with project, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely and compliant procurement • Managing procurement documentation and ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards

1. Localize Packaging Material based on Company Standard 2. Sourcing Indirect Material, Service Vendors, Logistics Services(Trucking, Warehouse and Forwarder) and etc for all departments 3. Negotiate, Compare the quotation and create PO and issue to vendors 4. Registration Vendor and Process Contract 5. Communication with vendor about quotation, delivery, payment andetc 6. Cost Saving based on Target Management 7. Invoicing process to Finance Team.

1.Maintain annual price for direct material. 2. ⁠Lead for new project related to injection part for car. 3. Release contract price to supplier every six month. 4.Work closely with Supervisor, Manager, Expatriate, Internal Stakeholders and External Stakeholders) in order to establishprocurement process and execute relevant project plans/improvement/ procurement management which are focused the needs of the business and operational

1. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers. 2.Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications and product ranges. 3. Working with vendors on issues and product quality. 4. Providing help to solve technical problems to comply, according to the service descriptions and procedures.

Procurement Staff responsibilities : 1. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers. 2. Preparing budgets, cost analysis and reports. 3. Negotiate pricing and supply contract. 4. Ensure that the products meet the quality standards. 5. Develop sourcing strategies. 6. Prepare for Purchase Order, track orders and ensure timely delivery. 7. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payment and received stock. 8. Establishing professional relationship with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
