This service provides Managed PaaS (Platform as a Service) ESM solution, with focus on: End-to-End (E2E) service wrapper to establish a single point of accountability for service coordination across the End-to-End landscape, resulting in less coordination effort in Shell operating teams. Providing oversight of all T-Systems as well as other services that underpin the ESM landscape Integrated user enablement, license management Implementation of the DevOps model, leveraging the CoE that will ensure the proper integration between Development and Operations. Thus providing an agile environment where testing and releasing software can happen rapidly, frequently and more reliably.
