Manage and monitor HVAC system across Riyad bank branches, Tower and Data center to ensure efficient profession and ensure. Perform routine inspection and preventive Maintenance of HVAC Units, Chillers, Air handling Unit(AHU), Fresh air handling unit(FAHU), Centralized Split Unit, Fan coil Units(FCU), and others mechanical equipment’s. Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures or performance issues and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, maintenance, and installation activities. Planned and executed shutdowns (e.g., for UPS or battery replacement) with minimum operational impact by coordinating work after banking hours or on weekends. Conducted technical inspections and coordinated with contractors and vendors during initial branch handover to ensure compliance with bank specifications and standards. Managed the handover process of newly constructed or renovated branches, including verification of MEP works, documentation, safety certifications, and snag list clearance. Optimize energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives within HVAC operations. Support facility management in planning HVAC upgrades, retrofitting, and lifecycle replacement projects. Scheduled and executed power shutdowns for maintenance activities in coordination with vendors and bank operations preferably after banking hours or on weekend. Ensure indoor air quality standards are maintained in alignment with health and safety. Conduct detailed HVAC system inspections during the handover process of newly built Riyad Bank branches. Verify that HVAC systems are installed and commissioned according to approved designs, specifications, and regulatory standards. Identify and report any deviations, defects, or incomplete works to project management and ensure corrective actions are taken. Test and validate system functionality, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans, thermostats, and control systems.

Monitor & manage maintenance Schedule daily basics of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for HVAC units. Creating and submitting weekly & monthly report. Coordinating with customers and solving their issue with in time frame with satisfaction. Managing maintenance team as per daily schedule. Arrange and organize emergency maintenance team as per request received. Organize and plan to execute renovation works with client satisfaction. Take feedback with customer after PPM done by team. Make schedule to solve the customer complain. Maintains good relations with client and their representatives. Make House Checkout report with occupant and Submit to the Sabic. Make quotation according to the check-out. Make Request for inspection (RFI) and Materials inspection report and follow-up to sabic.

Machine shop PPM report preparing, QC snags review, Incident report making, Maintain project and other task files. Make MTR reports. Arrange Materials and team to Solve TFM reports. Continuously coordinating with Teams, Clients and End-user. Report submission like- Invoice, Team Time sheet, Asset maintenance. Knowledge of safety rules and practices; environmental policies. Follows UP with supply chain and logistic to ensure adequacy. Preparation of Quarterly materials consumable materials list and manage inventory.

Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems. Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels. Installing HVAC components. Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely. Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems, VRV, VRF. Helping customers to reduce their energy use. Ensure that the Inspection department approves fittings, ducts, water pipes, and other accessories before the installation begins. Prepare, apply, and get approval for the HVAC shop drawings, work method statement, MEP coordination drawing, and project specification from the head engineer. Monitor site activities and make sure all rules and regulations are followed. Making reports on daily progress made at work and ensuring it reaches the superiors. Documentation of the Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the light test for ducts, underground chilled water piping system, and hydro test. Attending weekly and monthly meetings held by the project manager and QC supervisor to talk about the project updates and completion.
