To assist Supply Chain Team on assigned sourcing projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, to deliver best value for money. To lead and support Procurement operations team for Procure to Pay (P2P) & (S2P) source to pay related activities. To support reporting and master data handling Functional Roles and Responsibilities • Receive internal request for quotations from business units • Clarify requirements and prepare an external RFI / RFQ to be sent to selected approved vendors • Obtain quotations from selected vendors and perform evaluation of proposals in collaboration with Business units and under supervision of Line Manager • Perform negotiation with vendors to deliver the best possible value for money for the organization considering Total Cost of Ownership / Acquisition • Send internal recommendations to business in alignment with Line manager • Keep track of the central pool of PO requisitions in respective systems and assign them to procurement executives to turn them into purchase orders as per the department SLA timelines Create POs for the respective categories requested by Business Units Ensure created POs include right supporting documents and approvals in place. • Provide support with report generating for Procurement leadership including master data hygiene controls and updates. • Hold regular meetings with procurement executive team to review performance and address issues, identify process improvement opportunities.
