Associated with Metso India Pvt. Ltd, Loco track Division which manufacture loco tracks Machine. • Responsible for Handling supply chain of Proprietary Parts -Hydraulic Motors Pumps, Valves, Motors, Hydraulic Fittings, Sensors, Filters, Hoses, Tracks Pair etc. • Handling SCM for Totally 60 International Suppliers. • Releasing POs to suppliers, monthly twice based on the release dates • Coordination with suppliers for material dispatches and ensure the material delivery on time • Follow up for Urgent (U1) Material shortage and Order Acknowledgement. • Sending Forecast to Supplier • Maintaining MIS (open order management file)- Plan Vs Actual receipt of material • Coordinate import shipments from international suppliers to warehouse facilities • Manage Communication with International suppliers, freight forwarders like DHL Express, DHL Global Forwarding, Kuehne Nagel Private Limited, DSV etc.) and Custom House Agents to ensure timely delivery of goods • Resolving queries raised by Custom Dept., taking care until the shipment reaches factory. • Responsible for Timely Payment of Suppliers, Forwarders and Custom House agent • Resolving Invoice related issue • Maintain accurate records of all import shipments, including documentation and financial transaction • Regular follow ups for MIROs and GRN to Finance and Warehouse. • Process GIT (Good in Transit) payment to finance • Resolve any issues related to shipment delay, damages or other discrepancies in a timely manner • Work closely with internal teams, including planning / production team, warehouse and finance. • Process and verification of import documents, Bill of entries, COO, BL/AWB, Checklists, supplier Invoices and Packing List Etc.

• Responsible for Handling supply chain of Propritory Parts and Fabricated parts -Hydraulic Motors , Pumps , Valves ,Cooling system ,Hydraulics hoses, Heavy Maching Fabrication Parts,Fastners etc. • Handling SCM for 50+ Suppiers for Hydraulic and Electrical Parts and fabrication of machine parts. • Releasing PO’s to suppliers as per Planned Purchase order. • Coordination with suppliers for material dispatches. • Handling export Shipments (Selection of freight Forwarder , Negociation ,resolving quieries raised by Custom Dept., taking care untill ter shipment reaches factory ). • Doing documentation and registration under DGFT Portal. • Responsible for Timely Payment of Suppliers. • Resolving the issue related to Invoicing
