Operates within the organisational structure of the Project Delivery & Technology (PD&T) division under Group Project Delivery (GPD) department. Assist engineers and superiors during the initial stage of projects execution: 1. Project: RESET HBFW and MBFW • Developed feasibility study report for FEL 1/FEL 2 and project's Scope of Work (SoW). • Attended Constructability Review (CR) site visit for particular project. • Created isometric markups and Material Take Off (MTO) for particular project. • Performed pipeline lateral clash checks using the UPV 3D model. 2. Project: HPS Pipe Support Replacement • Attended project's budgetary site visit. • Attended site visit to assess new pipe routing location. • Created isometric markup. 3. Project: Water Recovery Near Zero Liquid Discharge (NZLD) • Developed project's feasibility study report for FEL 2 including piping design, piping routing study, identifying piping tie-ins, hot tapping and piping MTO. 4. Project: ARV Replacement Project • Developed mechanical data sheet for the new ARV replacement. 5. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for RGTP LASPOOL Project • Attended FAT which been conducted by VTS Synergy Sdn. Bhd. to examine six manual gate valves of 2'' and 4'' in size, ensuring met the guidelines as per API 598. 6. Strategic Initiative: Piping VC Dashboard • Developed and improvised Piping Value Creation (VC) Dashboard to digitalise the VC data obtained by engineers using Power BI. 7. Strategic Initiative: Piping & Valve Bulletin • Developed Piping & Valve Bulletin to serve as a resource hub of piping engineering.
