As Co-Founder and Managing Director of VALORIN Finance & Advisory, I lead the strategic direction, growth initiatives and client advisory engagements of the firm. VALORIN is a boutique finance and advisory practice focused on delivering strategic financial guidance, corporate structuring and growth advisory solutions to entrepreneurs, SMEs and expanding enterprises. As a finance manager, with a team of 11 staff members, my responsibilities include: • Managing working capital, monitoring cash flow, forecasting 3months uses and sources of funds. • Preparation and reporting of financial reports to the Board of Directors. These reports include monthly profit and loss account, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement, annual accounts, budget, and business growth plans. • Supervision of Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, payroll, inventory management and control, asset management and general ledgers. • Managing day to day finance operations, monitoring budget positions against budget assignment. • Managing finance team for better efficiency, motivation and better execution of financial policies.

My responsibilities include preparation of financial statements monthly, verification of stocks valuation, making analysis of the expenses month wise with recommendations, monitoring grey fabric stocks in ERP reconciling the differences and issues. supervision of the accounts payable division for basic raw material and store items, monitoring filing of monthly and annual income tax returns, liaison with external auditor, delegation of work to team members, supervision and review of work carried out by team members.

During my stay with Shafi Reso-Chem I have worked on various sector of business includes accounts, budgeting and costing, Audit and ERP (Oracle). My experience includes: Preparation of Financial Statements Preparation, analysis and reporting to CEO Costing and Contribution margin analysis for all business segments Conducted various feasibility study for new products and existing products Conducted extensive working on the determination of overhead rate, classification of fix and variable cost Reporting on internal controls including systems evaluation, identification and reporting of internal control weaknesses and their rationalisation. Developing collaboration, coordination and team work spirit among the members of team to accomplish demanding jobs within the time, quality and budgeted targets. Coordination with the ERP department in the improvement of existing reports and development of new reports Designing process flow for internal audit, supervision of record maintenance for sales tax as well coordinating and making liaison with external auditor and sales tax auditors.

Joined Hi-tech poultry breeders Pvt. Ltd as accounts assistant and managed to progress independently from accounts assistant to account officer. During this period served to manage the account payable, preparation of bank reconciliation statements, planning the production data, forecasting the raw material needed and production of eggs date wise, preparation of reconciliation statements with the associated companies from which basic raw material acquired. I have experience of managing the branch Imprest account and reporting to director.
