Support the HSE Manager and HSE team with planning, coordinating, and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.  Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.  Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and offshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and Drilling operations.  Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.  Provide support to the dept on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.  Frequent Visits to all rigs as a part of management visits as far as for compliance for KPI’s  Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements as per HSERM & SWIM 2020  Ensuring training, PTM, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore and onshore training and HSE program, i.e., emergency response systems, etc. required to revise if necessary  Investigating and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSE Manager for promulgation to the management  Managing Safety Statistic reporting within KCA Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Dept head. HSE & OPM  Providing HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested  Assisting in the development of project specific HSE procedures.  Conducting HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees in the Management in Head Office.  Ensuring all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.  Support offshore HSE personnel in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.  Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.  Assist and develop a business continuity Plan

• Overall delivery of appropriate client HSE Policies, Procedures, Processes and Standards. • Write and develop HSE Plans and Procedures, ensure that HSE Plans are supported for all project activities. • Coordinate the development and delivery of an HSE Improvement Plan on an annual basis. • Create and implement an HSE audit plan, conducting HSE audits onshore, to ensure compliance to all required legislation, policies and standards. • Ensure process are in place and implemented, to manage HSE office issues and all actions are closed out in a timely manner. • Implement all client Health & Safety initiatives throughout the assets. • Managing HSE resources, as per the projects requirements. • Provide a high level HSE support and advice to all Discipline Leads on project specific issues. • Establish and maintain a strong interface between Technical Safety and Occupational Safety, throughout the projects. • Establish and maintain a networking process, between the Operating units and client contracts by regular communications and meetings. • Maintain HSE Interface and supporting documents • Inspects work areas, machinery, equipment, and working conditions for compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. • Reports incidents of non-compliance to codes and standards, and may recommend corrective actions.
