CAREER DISTINCTIONS • Supply chain transformation, cost reduction and improvement of service levels • Developed new route-to-market strategies to maximize efficiency of sales channels • Adopted a waste elimination approach for lean and sustainable manufacturing systems • Prepared / Approved the business case for the largest investment undertaken by RFC outside EU. • End to End Inventory management – Developed real time tracking of the distributor inventories and linked it to production planning. • Improving the service level of Modern Trade Customers by deploying satellite w/h improving the OTIF without any additional cost to the company. • As Supply chain lead, established Best In class Factories in Tetra world • Part of team which evolved Supply Chain of Engro Foods to serve business from $10M to $500M. • Established world class RnD / Quality departments at Engro Foods and was able to deliver 2% of topline savings through value engineering. • Unleashed EFL’s growth by transitioning Tarang out of constraint milk supply through alternate recipe • Established Ice Cream Manufacturing Technology in Engro Foods • Zarkhez business turnaround – from an entity incurring a loss of Rs 1 Billion in yr 2000 to a profit of Rs 200 Million in 2004. • Increased the Zarkhez plant capacity by 80% to 180k tons per annum through debottlenecking. • Pioneered Process engineering section for Urea & DAP Plants in Fauji Fertilzer.
