Managed all fresh UK E-retail accounts and the associated trade marketing as well as led the fresh UK social & content strategy. This included but was not limited to; launching new e-retailer and pure player accounts, establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all online partners, regular site audits and updates, maintenance and continued elevation of all brand shops, samples and GWP allocation, competitor research and sales reporting, management of online calendar and catalogues, and the creation of unique partner-specific content. I also maintained and updated the content for fresh.com/uk, created and wrote regular content for the blog, and managed third party partnerships driving traffic to the site.

In this role I built and maintained new business collaborations to grow brand awareness and foster a positive brand image within the market, managed and updated Fresh UK social platforms, assisted in creating digital marketing campaigns and editorials, instigated various brand partnerships for the inclusion in UK E-commerce mailers, carried our competitor market analysis and research, personally sourced and developed the new Fresh UK E-commerce packaging, and monitored and reported on daily digital trade and sales. I also managed and responded to customer-related queries and issues both for E-commerce and in-store.
