I joined Blenheim Chalcot as a Specialist Software Engineer. In this role, my responsibilities include designing databases and establishing relationships between them. I create the FastAPI framework to develop REST APIs, design and develop backend APIs that communicate with the database to store and retrieve data. I am also responsible for implementing security measures and validations. Additionally, I address defects by conducting root cause analysis (RCA). As part of my role, I mentor two junior colleagues, providing guidance and support in their career development. One of the projects I'm currently involved in is the development of a career development framework. This framework enables organizations to track quarterly and annual employee reviews, including check-ins and ratings by self, manager, and peers. It also allows for the tracking of employee competencies and goals within the framework.

I joined AFour Technologies as a Lead Software Development Engineer, where I primarily focused on two projects. In my role, I was responsible for writing Python and shell scripts to implement new functionalities and make modifications to existing products. We utilized the OpenStack SDK for development purposes. Specifically, I wrote Python scripts to enhance the data gathering service and performed data cleanup tasks. The first project I contributed to was a Cloud-Native data protection solution designed for Kubernetes, OpenStack, and virtualization environments. This native OpenStack service offers comprehensive backup and recovery capabilities based on policy configurations. My responsibilities included contributing to the data gathering service, fixing bugs, and implementing data cleanup procedures. In the second project, I was tasked with writing and updating feature code. This involved identifying the relevant files requiring modification and implementing changes accordingly. I worked on various features aimed at facilitating backup operations by leveraging existing endpoints for different hypervisors. Additionally, I developed new features and corresponding unit test cases. This cloud-based and on-premise solution is designed to support businesses of all sizes in managing data recovery and protection processes. Key features of the solution include pattern recognition, predictive analytics, email alerts, as well as data replication and deduplication functionalities.

I joined Veritas as a Software Engineer, where my primary responsibilities included: Writing Python and shell scripts to implement changes and introduce new functionalities to the product's file system commands. Developing REST APIs to introduce new features on the user interface (UI), and also writing Perl scripts to modify and add functionalities to the CPI (Centralized Policy Infrastructure) installation. Creating automation scripts using Python, leveraging Jenkins and Groovy scripts. Addressing issues that arose in the existing product and participating in the design of new features. The storage product I worked on comprised various modules, with Veritas having its own File System (VxFS). We utilized this file system in Picasso (the release version), where I contributed to handling certain file system commands from CLISH (the product's command line handler). Additionally, I contributed to MSDPx configuration and developed REST APIs to enhance UI functionality for the product. Furthermore, I contributed to CPI, another product of Veritas, and wrote automation scripts for CPI configuration.

I joined Calsoft Technology as a Development Engineer, where I primarily worked on three projects. In my role, I was responsible for: Developing new features and addressing bugs in the projects. Interacting with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns they may have. Writing PyVmomi Wrapper APIs for HAD (Hitachi Automation Director) plugins and creating HAD plugins. Integrating HAD plugins to create HAD services and writing code to invoke these services using REST APIs. We extensively utilized various VMware components such as vSphere, VMware NSX, VMware vCenter, and VMware ESXi to automate deployment processes. To automate these deployments, we utilized the PyVmomi library in Python to connect with these components and perform necessary operations. Additionally, I worked on automating workflows using HAD (Hitachi Automation Director). These workflows were written in Python, and I created plugins in HAD to automate certain processes. These plugins were stitched together as templates to create HAD services, which were then invoked using REST APIs. The HAD plugins interacted with PyVmomi APIs or UCP (Unified Compute Platform) REST APIs, another component of Hitachi.

I joined Sixstep Technology as a Software Development Engineer, where I contributed to the development of a Render Manager aimed at managing tasks assigned to rendering software such as Max and Maya. The Render Manager project involved managing client machines utilized for rendering files in software like Max and Maya. The manager oversaw all machines within the network and distributed rendering tasks to each one. Clients received job commands from the manager and executed these tasks accordingly. As part of the project, we developed a graphical user interface (GUI) for both the server and client components using QT in Python. This GUI provided a user-friendly interface for interacting with the Render Manager system.
