To ensure that all payments are accurately processed in a timely manner -Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables -Manage and monitor loan covenants -Send out stakeholder reports in a timely and accurate fashion -Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems -Locate and define new process improvement opportunities in stakeholder reporting -Work closely with the CCO to prioritize business and information reporting requests -Propose and develop custom reporting tools to deal with technical issues and enhance efficiency as business needs change. -Perform tests for validity, reasonableness, and accuracy through standard methods and application of specific subject-area knowledge -Maintain a schedule for stakeholder reporting -Work as the point person for any external business reports -Identify gaps in current data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements

To ensure that all payments are accurately processed in a timely manner -Setting up payments on M-Pesa , Reconciling Payments IN and OUT -Ensuring all dealers, Agents, DSR’s are paid on time and with correct amounts -Assessing the systems efficiency and raising issues experienced -Maintaining and updating the Casuals ROTA, Casuals wages -Designing and producing any customized performance reports

Cash Management, Bank reconciliation, Preparing Reports, Data Entry and providing Audit support -Carrying out daily bank, Vendor accounts reconciliation and Intercompany -Compile statutories owed to various Statutory Bodies and Processing Payments thereafter -Loans processing, repayment and reconciliation management

* Overall purpose of the Job: Produce statistics for growers and markets covering all areas of Airflo and DFG Africa operations including but not limited to: box volumes/weights, orders vs. supply, airline performance, airline tonnes carried, product delivery times, product delivery temperatures; CW consol/shipment data; project data analysis as required Main Responsibilities Include: * Monitor KPI’s to determine product performance and client experience * Analyzing and interpreting statistical data and evaluating information sources * Managing performance related queries from external and internal sources * Researching and assessing new processes for performance measurement and evaluation * Producing and reporting weekly, monthly and annual reports for our clients * Designing and producing any customized portfolio performance reports
