As the APAC Talent Development Manager at MKS, I lead a regional talent function and manage a dedicated team of two, partnering closely with our APAC HR VP and HR Business Partners to strengthen organizational capability and build a high‑performance, future‑ready workforce. My role spans strategic HR consulting and end‑to‑end talent development across diverse markets in APAC, including: • Talent Development & Management: Driving regional talent strategies that build critical capabilities, support succession pipelines, and enable long‑term business growth. • Leadership Program Curation: Designing and curating leadership journeys that develop emerging, mid‑level, and senior leaders across the region. • Program Delivery (Virtual & In‑Person): Facilitating impactful learning experiences that inspire behavior change and elevate leadership effectiveness. • Leadership Coaching: Providing coaching support to strengthen leadership clarity, confidence, and performance. • Performance Management Support: Guiding leaders and HR teams to embed a fair, consistent, and growth‑oriented performance culture. • HR Consulting & Talent Partnership: Serving as a strategic partner to the business, aligning talent priorities with organizational goals and supporting leaders through data‑driven insights and solutions. • Team Leadership: Leading and developing a team of two to deliver high‑quality programs, operational excellence, and a cohesive regional talent agenda.
