• Collaborating closely with Superintendents by developing IP&C and Action Plans and conducting regular QA/QC inspections. • Assisting Project Managers with Change Management, including issuing RFQs, analyzing quotes, and obtaining change order’s approvals from the Consultant/Owner for changes. • Assisting Project Managers in project budgeting by regularly updating the forecast sheet based on the pending and approved change orders. • Assisting the HSE Advisor with safety documentation on Procore, attending Toolbox/Safety Start-up meetings with trades, and conducting regular General Site Safety inspections. • Managing project documentation and submittals, including Shop drawings, Product Data, and Completed Weekly Work Plans. • Regularly identifying project constraints within a 6-week lookahead and attending OAC, Make-ready, and ORM meetings to discuss project issues and constraints.

• Collaborated closely with the project team in project administration and field work by regularly inspecting through site visits to ensure timely completion of project milestones. • Assisted the project manager in project analysis, such as tracking milestones, cost tracking and control, ensuring timely project progress and seamless resource management. • Regularly attended team meetings, recorded meeting minutes, and actively participated in discussions on project progress, project risks, and conflict resolution. • Administered Request for Information (RFIs) and prepared construction daily activity reports (CDRs) and Purchase Orders .

• Designed and supervised infrastructure projects including utilities and municipal works. • Reviewed drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with codes and standards. • Coordinated approvals, permits, and technical documentation with stakeholders.
