Continuous training of QC and QA and monitoring their performances every month to maintain accuracy of the systems. Every day meetings are held to discuss the problems and come out with solutions. - Held seminars to train the production supervisors and the QCs on how to implement SPC - Held seminars for product safety on metal contamination and the manual was made. - Held seminars for standardising all quality processes and Quality were made. - This helped to have an improved team work between the QC and production Achievements. - Quality end line Defect rate was reduced from 18% to 7 % on casual wear and from 11 % to 5 % in formal wear. - The remnants reduced from 4 % to 1.5% on casual wear and to 0.5% in formal wear which was a big part in losses. - Became the one of the top five vendors for Ann Taylor - Became the one of the top five vendors for Federated. - Became the preferred vendor for Nygard collection. - Got the Nike outstanding Quality performance award for the year 2007. - Moved from 1st phase to the 4th phase, where 50% of the final inspection is done by the in house QA for Liz Claiborne. - Because of good performance Factory Loads had been introduced. This was my best in my Career.
