I worked as a Product Analyst for the HeadHunter group's SaaS service. In Minsk office in the company rabota.by (formerly jobs.tut.by), I was the only Product Analyst for the Belarusian market. During my work at the company, I was analyzing product data primarily focusing on the corporate segment (for employers who were our customers). I assessed customer needs, identified growth opportunities for the sales department and discovered patterns in purchasing, repeat purchases, sequential purchases and service renewals. Based on analysis and reports we were offering some new packages of services (based on segments) to satisfy the needs of customers, make their interaction with our product more clear and more comfortable.

Started my career as a business analyst in the Department of corporate business products and processes development. Less than a year I changed my position to Data Analyst and took the process of preparing the reports for the department. In this position I significantly reduced time for preparing regular department reports and made possible the development of new metrics and reports. At the beginning I optimized reports in Excel using different approaches (advanced formulas and VBA). And then I learned R language and automized all of them having offering new features for the reports. From this moment my journey as a Data Analyst has begun.
