Provided on-site supervision of the Directional Drilling (DD) process including projection of well path to predetermined target coordinates. Proficiently used of DD computer software to make all survey calculations and well path projections to assist in provision of advice and analysis to the client representative at the well site. Proficiently updated well profile plots and provided client representative with accurate directional survey data. Daily completed DD report, BHA performance report for each BHA run, completion of all service tickets and relevant paperwork (well data spreadsheet, lesson learned/best practice, End of Job Customer Survey (EJCS) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) forms). Provided in the inspection of all DD company equipment delivered on the work site. Interfaced with the MWD engineer to ensure BHA compatibility, planned operating parameters are within specification and correct toolface references are applied. Maintained records of all DD equipment at well site including dimensional data and condition. Read and interpreted designed well plans, directional survey information and other well site data.

Carried out calculations and modeled using Landmark`s Wellplan in the Torque/Drag, Stuck pipeTM, Hydraulic STM, Bottom Hole AssemblyTM modules to prevent longitudinal bends of columns and fatigue of materials, determined the places of possible damage to drill columns, modeled drilling characteristics of the controlled BHA. Controlled of the use of Baker Hughes equipment (RSS Autotrack eXact, G3, MWD Navigamma, Navi-Drill motor etc.). Modernized of the drilling directed wells simulator program in Rosneft Corporation to train all field specialists in my invention. Organized work on the analysis of the effectiveness and expert control of the drilling operations performed with a proposal to reduce the coefficient of friction by 0.2-0.24 and increase the drilling depth by 350-380 meters. The availability of competent personnel to perform the tasks set within the current staffing of the Company was ensured. Conducted an expert assessment of 56 acts of investigation, 208 reports, 12 pilot test programs and other documents within my competence. Controlled the timely preparation of the trajectories of horizontal wells up to 5,000 meters closure using Compass, WellPlan. I have developed, implemented, and updated local regulatory documents regulating the Company's activities on issues within my competence.

Lecture for corporate training groups and training of all Gas Well Drilling Department students to drill directed wells based on "Slide Master WEB" simulator program. Trained 870 students from 2016 to January 2023. Organization and holding of a professional skills competition with the invitation of more than 30 MWD service companies. Managed and controlled of simultaneous operation of 74 MWD teams in accordance with the requirements of the Customer RN-Purneftegaz. Studied and complied with 477 local regulatory documents of the Company, put into effect in the Company, local regulatory documents of the Company regulating the scope of the employee's activities within his competence.
