I am a mission‑driven senior leader with deep experience strengthening operations and building the systems and teams that enable organizations to grow with clarity and consistency. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led national initiatives, designed organizational frameworks, and built cross‑functional partnerships that translate strategy into measurable outcomes. My work centers on creating alignment, elevating quality, and empowering people with the tools and structures they need to excel. At my core, I believe that meaningful impact happens when people feel supported, expectations are transparent, and systems are built to last. I thrive in environments where innovation, empathy, and accountability intersect and where leaders are committed to improving both outcomes and the human experience behind them.
