My main responsibilities; Managing IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 Quality Management Systems. Certification, Representation of the Company in Customer and Supplier Audits, Solution of technical customer complaints and problems, Working with the project department in part-mold revisions and commissioning of new projects, Measurement and calibrations, Laboratory management, Technical trainings in the company, Total Quality, 5S System, TQM-APQP- PPAP-SPCFMEA-MSA-6Sigma applications. On the other hand, Process standardization and design, lean management, operational excellence & continuous improvement activities, Support for the design work of automation lines.

Main responsibilities; Evaluating, measuring and improving existing processes. Leading improvement and efficiency projects. Supporting new line design production installation works. Preparing and keeping up-to-date documentation related to the department (procedure, instruction, standard, etc.). Participating in hazard and risk analysis studies. Support & lead for some CSR and sustainability topics. Using lean tools in operations and spread them in the company (Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Standard Work, 5S, Kaizen, 6 Sigma, SMED, IPK, Total Quality, Lean manufacturing etc.). Being the ATOMS (Operational Excellence) Coordinator of ARaymond Turkey and membership of local ExCo.

Hafele is a company with over 92 years of experience and more than 130,000 products in furniture and architectural equipment, based in Nagold, Germany. My main responsibilities; Although the management of quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, TSE-HYB, in addition to these, process development activities, audits and management of national / international laws and regulations. (exp. Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation requirements, permissions and audits)

NGIM is a holding company consisting of 14 companies in total. (Nuhpanel, Nuhcontainer, Mobilon, Nuhpol, Multiplan, OC3 AG, Grafentek, Smarte etc.) Additionally NGIM has a test laboratory accredited by Turkak. NGIM's companies manufacture Insulation panels with Polyurethane and Rock wool filling, PVC and TPO Membranes, Polyurethane Raw Material in Turkey for the first time, Solar Panels, Smart Home Technologies, Life Containers without welding, Flat Painted Metals and Corrugated Steel Sheets, Sectional Door panels and Doors. Main responsibilities were managing of quality systems such as; TSE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO TS EN 17025, CE, Atex, GOST, Sepro, FM. Additıonally managing of the national legislations (exp. Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation requirements, permissions and audits)

Autoliv is the first and foremost a safety technology company. In the world of automotive occupant safety, Autoliv was the first to introduce the two- and three-point seat belt system and airbags for front and side impacts. Autoliv is a supplier to many famous automotive brands like Toyota, Fiat, Renault, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes etc. Main responsibilities were; Warranty and sales returns, Management of customer claims, Customer audits, Customer visits, Analysis and reporting of related metrics.

Gedik manufactures metal parts and valves according to national and international standards such as TSE, ISO 9001, CE, GOST, Sepro, AD 2000-W0, AD 2000-HP0, Bureau Veritas, Turkish Lloyd, DNV, API Q1 /ISO 29001, RINA. Knowledge on Sand casting, Precision casting, Machining, Heat Treatment, NDT, Valves. Main responsibilities were not only management of Quality Management Systems and Quality Control facilities of the company’s but also representation of the company at Registration Audits and Supplier Audits, resolving technical customer complaints, calibration management of measurement equipment such as Spectrometer, hardness tester, optical microscopy and microstructure analysis.

Gunes designs and manufactures metal mold and plastic injection parts for automotive and white goods industries, supplier of ASSAN-HANIL (Ford,Hyundai), Eczacıbaşı, LG-Arçelik, Eksen, Homend etc. I was responsible of management of the company’s ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO/TS16949 Quality Management Systems and Quality Control. I also gained experience on high-voltage, grounding, electrical isolation, short circuit, electrical power tests from household appliances final tests. Representation of the company at Registration Audits and Supplier Audits, Resolving technical customer complaints and problems, Parts-mold revisions and New projects, Measuring and calibrations, Training courses in the company, 5S System, maintenance management system , APQP- PPAP- SPC- FMEA- MSA- 6Sigma implementations.

AJA is a representative office of an English firm. I worked as Lead Auditor and I audited nearly 200 company’s Management Systems (ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001etc.) Sending Audit reports to England head office. I was also responsible for Information Technologies (Updating internet web page, Network)
