• Coordinating business development projects for all countries, such as greenfield or brownfield investments, getting license for production, sales and distribution of 3rd party brands, granting license for production, sales and distribution of own brands to 3rd party companies, contract manufacturing • Defining the proper business structure from operational, financial, taxation and legal points of view • Conducting feasibility studies for the projects and presenting the outcome to relevant parties • Coordinating and leading other departments to secure proper evaluation of the project and relevant information flow • Managing relationship with the counter parties and negotiating commercial and legal terms • Supporting the integration period upon investment and ensuring proper handing over of the project to operation team

• Being responsible for “Cost Controlling” team of 2 people, "Account Payables" team of 7 people and a “Supply Chain Financial Controller”. • Leading all supply chain budget process; monitoring and reporting budget/actual variances • Initiating group NWC reporting, setting targets and identifying improvement areas • Building Account Payables reports across the group • Creating Evyap supply chain “Chart of Authority” and ensuring the compliance • Leading month-end closing activities in SAP FI and CO • Leading all financial analysis related to supply chain • Leading stock count process

• Being supply chain financial controller for 4 plants in Tuzla-Turkey (Bar Soap, Cosmetics, Diapers, Aerosol), as a start-up position reporting to Group CFO & Supply Chain President • Establishing and leading “Productivity & Cost Saving Program” across the company • Implementing inventory reports and leading a project to optimize inventory levels. • Budgeting and monitoring capex projects, making feasibility analysis to measure ROI • Being responsible for supply chain budgeting process • Building a set of reporting tools such as supply chain KPI dashboard, purchase price variance analyses, COGS variance analyses, GPM variance analyses, opex analyses, scrap rates, inventory follow-up • Creating costing tools, reporting dashboard, P&L reports for start-up Oleo chemical factory in Malaysia (4 weeks in Malaysia) •Providing financial analysis regarding supply chain issues

• Building a new cost distribution methodology in order to assign more accurate costs on products that are produced in chemical factory • Constructing an accurate cost forecast system for budget period and simulations of different scenarios • Creating cost analyse methodologies with the aim of minimising the production costs • Cost budgeting of the chemical factory according to new methodology created • Budget planning of the company in-line with the group targets, in cooperation with whole departments • Creating new formats for reporting of cost, profitability, sales and variance analyses on the bases of products, regions and categories • Being responsible for month-end closing on SAP PA • Controlling, reporting and presenting monthly various analyses to management board such as P&L, cost, profitability, sales analyses (prepared in details of categories, brands and regions) • Attending project groups, such as “Building Cost Evaluation System”, “Value Improvement Program”, “Establishment of Eczacibasi Professional” in Eczacibasi Association

• Analysing and evaluating the costs of the engine mountings, pedal brackets, gear box commands, knobs, water hoses, air hoses, rubber sealings for global PSA strategic projects • Orienting R&D engineers on designing and development phases with the aim of design to cost and fulfill a road map in cross functional teams • Determining components target prices for Project Teams and Purchasing Department • Participating negotiations with suppliers in order to help Purchasing Department • Performing suppliers competitiveness audits and to realize benchmark studies • Updating continuously the cost calculations tools and process in order to develop PSA purchasing and design performance • 6 months of on-the-job training in Paris after recruitment
