My success depends on creating dynamic teams capable of meeting and exceeding our mission of high-quality housekeeping each day. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: I am responsible for planning, organising, and developing the overall operation of the housekeeping department to a high standard of cleanliness, observing all guidelines regarding hygiene control and standards while assuring the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times. I am also accountable of scheduling, training and developing all staff.
