As an aspiring investment professional at the initial stage of Private Equity analyst, I bring a plenitude of ambition-driven efforts for generating both value and impact in the transaction validation and execution in the team headed by several former Bulge Bracket senior staff members as a single junior team member. During transaction validation, my responsibilities are primarily comprised of conducting business-model and financial analyses of target companies, carrying out business communication with targets and their sell-side advisors, preparing NDAs, term sheets and NBOs, participating in transaction structure design. Speaking of the execution stage, my responsibilities have extended to comprehensive Due Diligence coordination from carrying out the tender process to coordinating data room preparation by the target and examination process by financial, tax and legal Due Diligence teams. Furthermore, it is my function to draft SPAs and SHAs at the transaction closing. In June 2024, I graduated from the Bachelor's program in Finance at one of the thee best universities for finance students in Russia with honours. Already in July, I graduated as valedictorian from the merit-based scholarship track of the School of Finance by private education foundation The Experts. Arguably, the School of Finance is the best and most comprehensive practice-oriented educational program preparing M&A, PE&VC and business valuation junior staff among those available in the Eastern European and Former Soviet Union states. Needless to say, at both the university and the School of Finance I was a tuition-free student. Currently, I am in the process of receiving admission to the Higher School of Economics, which is unanimously recognized as the best university in Russia, to the online Master's program in Finance that is based on the CFA curriculum and was designed in cooperation with the CFA Institute. My academic and educational backgrounds have brought me a wealth of expertise in retail, healthcare, leasing, media&tech, metals&mining industries across EMEA and the US. I continue to incessantly expand my industrial expertise, focusing on healthcare and media&tech. Besides, I harbour intent curiosity towards the UAE alternative investments market and the legislation regulating it.
