Job Description : - Maintain good communication and ask for confirmation with the user regarding the material specifications needed. - Requesting bids and opening tenders to several vendors in accordance with the material specifications required by the user. - Conducting tender analysis of the offers that have been given by several vendors, and deciding which vendor to choose based on the price quote, material quality, estimated delivery, and material availability. - Negotiating with vendors to get the best price on materials that are not bound by a contract value. - Make weekly accountability reports related to the development of offers, delivery of goods, and monitoring of good received note (GRN) delivery of goods to the site. - Compile warehouse value database, fast slow moving & dead stock material data, and inventory transaction data for several critical materials (mechanical seals, bearings, and lubricants) according to the request of Senior Manager Engineering & Mill Manager. - Create engineering drawings for several kinds of components that will be fabricated and given to vendors.

Job Description : - Learn and understand the process flow of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to become Crude Palm Oil (CPO). - Coordinate the foreman and maintenance workshop employees to ensure all maintenance work goes according to the planned target, without disturbing process activities. - Make a preventive maintenance schedule based on machine specifications, machine age, and machine working hours. - Ensure that all maintenance work carried out can support the implementation of factory operations according to the specified target. - Monitor machine condition and ensure all machines can reach installed capacity. - Make a Hazardous Work Permit (IKB) for members who work in hazardous areas with high risk. - Make material mill listings and categorize machine units based on critical and non critical units. - Study and understand the specifications, working systems, and the use of steam traps, bearings, power transmission systems, and valves used in the mill.

Job Description : - Working by assisting lecturers in the implementation of the lecture process in the courses of Structural Statics, Mechanics of Material, Dynamics Particle, and Mechanical Vibration. - Checking, assessing, and making manual solutions to homework and UDP questions every week in accordance with the division of responsibilities. - Respond to all students who take the relevant courses to prepare for the mid-semester exam (UTS) and the final semester exam (UAS). - Obtained the responsibility and was trusted to be the Academic Coordinator of the Mechanics of Material (MKM) course in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year at the Mechanical Engineering Department, Andalas University.

Job Description : - Understand, implement, and provide an assessment of the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in PT. Semen Padang. - Understand the 5P/5R/5S standards, CILT standards, and the eight pillars of TPM. - Involved in preparing the Budget Plan (RAB) for the Semen Padang Improvement Event (SPIE) 2019 and is responsible for its management. - Understand and study bearing failure analysis. - Involved in compiling fan & blower training teaching materials for employees of PT. Semen Padang and its subsidiaries.
