Working in the brand department at Adidas - Manage and control SMTT to ensure raw material traceability in compliance with applicable regulations and the Adidas Trust Race system. - Maintain compliance with Adidas Trust Race system requirements. - Ensure full traceability of raw materials through accurate system recording and monitoring. - Handle end-to-end raw material import processes, including import planning, documentation, and shipment coordination - Manage end-to-end procurement activities for manufacturing materials - Ensure purchasing decisions align with production requirements, quality standards, and efficiency targets. - Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve material issue - Maintain and manage the purchasing system, including order flow, pricing records, and supplier data. - Calculate material requirements based on production planning, BOM, and yield standards for accurate purchasing quantities to support uninterrupted production. - Monitor purchasing execution versus plan to ensure material availability for production schedules.

-place order for raw materials with an overseas supplier to meet our production needs. -Responsible for leather material purchasing, grading-based consumption calculation for production, and supplier coordination on graded materials upon arrival. - Arrange the delivery schedule of materials to the supplier. - Communicate with the supplier regarding material claim confirmation. - Coordinate with the finance department regarding the material payment process. - Communicate with the forwarder regarding the import shipment process. - Negotiate with the supplier regarding material pricing. - Communicate with various departments regarding material standards.

- Perform traceability for POs from Adidas. - Coordinate with Development regarding Bill of Materials that do not align with the system. - Coordinate with the Purchasing department to confirm if POs marked as "completed" have been inbounded by the supplier. - Coordinate with Order Management to ensure the outbound process is carried out in the Trustrace application. - Generate reports on the results of the SMTT mapping for POs from the Adidas brand.

-Use SAP to monitor and update inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. - Ensure the accuracy of stock entries and adjustments within the SAP system -Oversee the goods receipt process in SAP, ensuring products are logged into the system upon arrival. -Confirm that outbound shipments are accurately recorded in SAP, from picking through to dispatch. -Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure accurate inventory data for purchase orders and stock replenishment. -Collaborate with other departments (such as Purchasing, BU, and Logistics) to ensure smooth SAP system integration and data flow. -Work with warehouse management to implement process improvements based on SAP data insights.

-Conducting risk analysis related to the bank's systems and operations, including data security risks, transaction integrity, and vulnerabilities to external threats. -Providing recommendations for system improvements and risk mitigation. -Ensuring that the bank's policies and procedures are in compliance with banking standards and laws, both domestic and international. -Preparing audit reports that include findings, recommendations, and required corrective actions. -Preparing detailed audit reports on findings, analysis, and recommendations for improvement. -Communicating with the bank's management to ensure corrective actions are implemented appropriately.
