As a psychologist, I work with leaders who are quietly carrying something most of their colleagues never see: the weight of decisions made alone, the exhaustion of always being "on", and the slow erosion of authentic connection. My work is a space where reality can finally be named, explored, and shifted. Not through quick fixes or motivational frameworks, but through genuine psychological work that helps leaders reconnect: with themselves, with their purpose, and with the people around them. Organisational context: - The organisation has grown from 900 to 1800 FTE while in parallel also transforming the service portfolio shifting from transactional finance focused SSC to a commercial focused next generation SSC. - Transformation program was designed and delivered to convert the lowest performing SSC into the best performing and engaged SSC in Vodafone. - The organization is a multi-functional, multicultural environment requiring strong ability to influence across geographies and many international leadership teams. Achievements: - Designed and implemented a 3 year culture change program resulting in significant improvement in employee engagement, employee satisfaction, trust, satisfaction with people managers and mutual collaboration. - Built up an HR team from 9 to 47 FTE improving the satisfaction with HR becoming strategic partner of the organization. The HR team’s employee engagement is 92% - Generated more than 1 million EUR saving through process reviews, HR analytics, system design and implementation, internal trainer, mentor and coach pool, more effective recruitment operating model, government grant. - Designed and implemented innovative initiatives: network science analytics; predictive attrition management; remote working; autonomous working groups; new job structure to ensure cost optimisation and internal career progression; internal trainer, mentor and coach pool; online HR dashboard - Launched internal and external employer branding and CSR strategy Awards and rankings: - In two years a below market average organization became 4th best among 1000+ FTE organizations as per AON Hewitt Best Employer survey - Mentor Oscar Award - 1st prize of Colibri Internship award - Disability-friendly workplace award
